What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

- Sign in to your Account
- Go to Order History
- Click "Order Details" next to the relevant order.
- Your next Shipment date will be shown. Deliveries typically are within 2 business days from shipping.
- If your order has already been dispatched, click 'Track Package' to track your order.
- If the Shipment Status shows as 'Undelivered', please check your shipping address and amend as necessary and contact your practice.
